A possible meteorite sighting has caused panic in the Russian town of Bogdanovich, with reports of an explosion in the area. According to eyewitness accounts, the explosion occurred shortly after something resembling a meteorite was seen flying through the sky.

Residents of the town were reportedly watching a fireworks display when they noticed a bright light streaking across the sky. Some even managed to capture footage of the event on their phones. However, moments later, a loud explosion was heard, and the sky lit up with a bright flash of light.

"It was like nothing I've ever seen before," said one witness. "We were standing with a guy, watching fireworks, and then this... Some kind of explosion or what is it? We didn’t understand."

The cause of the explosion is still unknown, but there are fears that it could be linked to the mysterious object that was seen in the sky.
