Terrifying video filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on April 8, shows strong winds blowing over an inflatable castle, causing it to roll into a nearby sand pit and crushing several children who were playing in it at an amusement park.

The park's management stated that the incident resulted in injuries of varying degrees for four children and two adults.

Currently, the amusement park has suspended operations and is conducting maintenance and inspections on its equipment.

The management said that all injured individuals have been treated, and the park will actively communicate with them for any subsequent treatment required.

4月8日，郑州市一儿童游乐园充气城堡被风吹翻，翻滚到一旁的沙池，压住正在沙池里玩耍的人。游乐园负责人表示，此次事故造成4名儿童和2名大人不同程度受伤。4名受伤儿童中其中3名面部轻微擦伤，1名手臂擦伤；2名成人伤者，1名脚部擦伤，另外1名脚部扭伤。目前，该游乐园已暂停营业，正在对设备进行维护和检修。
现场视频显示， 游乐场里的充气城堡被风吹起，翻滚到附近的沙池。此时，沙池里还有不少人，有人来不及跑开被压在充气城堡下。周围的其他游客见状，从四处跑过来抬起充气城堡边缘，让被压的人逃离。游乐园的工作人员和游客都在忙着进行救援，有游乐园工作人员通过广播让大家撤离。
目击者苏女士介绍，事发下午四五时， 当时风比较大，充气城堡就被掀翻了，翻滚了两圈，盖住了沙池，“好在那时候上面小朋友不多。”当时她家孩子刚从充气城堡上下来没多久，她看到该场景后感到有些后怕， “反正以后我们是不会再让小孩儿去玩这种类似的城堡了。”
4月9日，游乐园的一名工作人员介绍，充气城堡都有固定和保护措施， 但当时突然一阵七级大风，就把城堡掀翻了，“因为大风之前也开始刮风，人员已经疏散了。”该工作人员表示，目前园区正在进行安全大检查，对设备进行维护、检修、保养，重新对外开业时间将另行通知。该负责人称，目前，伤者都已治疗结束，“园方和所有受伤者会积极沟通，如果有后续治疗也会同步跟进。以后会加强游乐园的安全措施，防止此类事故再次发生。”
