A blind transgender woman is pleading for help to find a job in Thailand.

Chissanucha Krachonsuk, also known as Grace, 25, took to social media, listing her qualifications as she searched for her dream company.

A business english degree holder from the Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Grace highlighted her English-speaking skills and her hobby of skin care.

She said was previously employed as a work-from-home AI trainer for two years, and can use basic computer programs like the Microsoft Suite with the help of a text-to-speech app on her phone.

However, she cannot do paperwork or photo-related jobs due to her disability.

Thai employers were impressed with Grace's determination, with the job hunter receiving several offers following her post.

She said: 'The most difficult thing for me is working with photos because I'm blind. I cannot see letters on the paper, I cannot see pictures.

'I found it difficult to find a job because some employers want people that can work with documents or pictures.

'My dream job is to become a beauty consultant or a beauty influencer on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok because I like skin care. I like to learn about ingredients in skin care supplements, and I think I am knowledgeable about this topic. I've been studying about it since I was maybe 12 years old. I've been studying for a long time, so I think I'm an expert in skin care and cosmetics.'

Grace said that she was born male but that she has known she was transgender since she was just five years old, adding she simply tries to think positive about critics who disagree with her.

She said: 'Someday, they will understand me. I tell myself, 'I'm transgender, I am blind, but I have ability. I can do many things. I can speak in English, which many people in Thailand can't do. I have knowledge about beauty, vitamins and supplements that many people don't know. I can share that knowledge with society.'

Grace said she planned to work with a company for around 15 years before returning to the countryside to tend to her family's fruit farm.
