This is the hilarious moment a fitness fanatic's bench collapsed during his workout.
Homeowner Tamil Tuan was about to do bench presses with his dumbbells in his garage in Phuket, Thailand on January 5.
As he leaned back to begin, however, the seat inclined fully, with Tamil falling legs in the air.
He said: 'That day, I was about to do my daily exercises. I was going to lift the dumbbells and also do sit-ups, but it looks like I forgot to lock the bench properly.'
