For several months, a collarless and famished feline persistently found its way into the basement of Chelsea Runion's home located in Richmond, Wayne County.

The cat had been launching attacks on Chelsea's pets and even on Chelsea herself. When the landlord finally asked the neighbor if she owned the cat, the neighbor denied any ownership. The landlord then instructed Chelsea to capture the feline and find it a new home.

However, when the neighbor learned of this, she stormed over to Chelsea's house, demanding the return of the cat, footage captured on January 21, 2022. She pounded on the door, kicked it, and shouted loudly. Chelsea, fearing for her safety, called the police who advised her not to open the door until they arrived.

Eventually, the cat was handed over to the neighbor's sister, and the neighbor was arrested for her violent behavior.
