A cheeky monkey hopped on the back of a parked pickup truck to steal food.
The primate was walking along the roadside when it spotted the silver vehicle in Chonburi province, Thailand on April 18.
Sensing it carried something to eat, the creature rummaged on the cargo bed before finding freshly-harvested root crops.
Footage shows the macaque sitting on the back of a truck after successfully taking the snacks. It climbed up the roof and jumped away when the truck moved.
Onlooker Mattika said: ‘The monkey knew exactly where to find food. The driver should cover them next time.'
