Cute footage has emerged from the US of a female deer photobombing a baby's photoshoot in the woods.

In the video, filmed towards the end of October at Sam Houston State Park in Moss Bluff, Louisiana, the doe simply walks up to one-month-old Connor to see what's going on.

The filmer later wrote online: "I instantly was nervous because my newborn baby sitting there.

"The photographer's assistant had her hand on my baby the whole time so my baby was well protected."

Our little boy (Connor) turned a month old yesterday and we were having his pictures done at Sam Houston State Park in Moss Bluff, La. when a doe walked right up and decided to be in his pictures ha!! I instantly was nervous because hat my newborn baby sitting there!! The photographers assistant had her hand on my baby the whole time (her hand was cropped out later) so my baby was well protected. What's funny is the pictures were a surprise to my husband and boy did he get a surprise when he saw the doe!
