Amusing scene as boy, 12, leaps into police car to honk horn as officers make arrest in Birmingham
A child jumps into a police car through its open window and starts honking the car's horn as the alarm goes off. The footage was filmed in Small Heath, south-east Birmingham, UK, on April 18.
While the 12-year-old performs the dangerous stunt, a crowd of people can be heard laughing and yelling, "Jump out," in the background. The child's action is abruptly interrupted by the arrival of a police officer, who is seen pulling a woman he had previously arrested.
According to the filmer of this clip, police were called to the location after an alleged theft occurred at a nearby Asda store.
"Run! Run", shouts someone.
The filmer told Newsflare: "The officer tried to grab the kid, however, the person being arrested held the officer back. The person ran away with his hands cuffed."
He also added: "In all honesty, it was funny as there were loads of people. It wasn’t a mature thing to do but kids are kids. So we all enjoyed the show!"
According to the person who caught this scene on camera, the 12-year-old kid didn’t get arrested.
