Customers in Borough Market at London Bridge were warned five minutes before the scheduled UK government's emergency alert on April 23.
However, it appears not everyone received the alert on time, as it activated early, late - and 1 in 5 not at all
Alarm tones in the market were heard one minute ahead of time and the filmer, using a 4G device on the 02 network received no message at all.
