A plump wild monkey ditched a banana to snack on shrimps from the back of a tourist's car.
The macaque with a big tummy clambered onto the pickup truck's cargo bed when it spotted the vehicle pull over on the roadside in Chonburi province, Thailand on April 22.
Footage shows the primate rummaging inside the plastic bag to pull out the seafood.
The driver offered to exchange a bunch of fruit for the creature but it apparently liked the savoury dish more than the sweet yellow fruit.
Motorist Onuma Sasja said: ‘This chubby monkey knows what it wants. That may be the reason for its bigger body.'
