A 'drunk' pick-up truck driver in a road rage chase allegedly rammed into a home's concrete garden wall before escaping.

The driver had allegedly been drinking at a bar before smashing into homeowner Siripen Sirikongka's property in Tem Suk Village, Chanthaburi province in Thailand on May 2.

Footage shows how the pick-up initially sped past the house before pivoting to drive back the other way. Upon encountering a sedan on the road, the truck tried to swerve past, but ploughed through the fence and knocked it down.

Both vehicles then fled the scene.

Furious resident Siripen, whose CCTV captured the crash, said: 'The truck driver left just like that without informing me. I think he was fighting with the driver following him, since the sedan tried to block his path.'

Siripen claimed she has identified the suspect, who reportedly came from drinking at a bar before the accident. Calls to his number went unanswered, she said.

On May 4, Siripen said she has spoken with the driver, who agreed to compensate her for the damage to avoid any police action.
