Funny video shows a rope snap during a game of tug-of-war at a coronation street party.

Residents of Beech Walk, in Dartford, Kent, were left with soar elbows when they took an unexpected tumble when the rope surprisingly broke.

Locals had been out celebrating the coronation of King Charles at a street party when they decided to test their muscles.

The funny video shows two groups of men pulling as hard as they can before the rope snaps, leaving those watching in hysterics.

Christine Reavell, 75, had been observing the amusing antics from the pavement.

Christine said: "We were just waiting fort the tug of war and when they went to pull it they all end up on the floor. "

''One really hurt it his elbow, he needed first aid. They were all laughing about it after.''
