A man was arrested as he threw a refrigerator out of the 22nd floor of an apartment building after having a dispute with another person in eastern China.

Shocking video filmed at Qingzeyuan Community in the city of Nanjing in Jiangsu Province on April 28 shows a fridge being pushed out of the window on the 22nd floor of a residential building.

According to the community workers, the man was a tenant in the area and had an altercation with his rental agent before throwing the refrigerator and other household appliances from his apartment.

The incident caused significant damage, with many electric bikes parked below being crushed by the falling objects.

Fortunately, no one was injured However, the incident has left the residents of the community angry and demanding action against the man responsible.

The police have already taken the man into custody and are treating the incident as a criminal case.
