A girl narrowly avoided being hit by falling bricks from a collapsing roof in eastern China.

CCTV footage filmed in the city of Huaibei in Anhui Province on April 24, shows a roof suddenly collapsing, sending large chunks of debris crashing down towards the street below.

A girl walking past narrowly avoided being struck by the bricks, but she was frightened and cried. A neighbour then rushed to her aid and moved her to safety.

The girl's father, Mr Chen, spoke about the incident, revealing that his daughter, who is just 3 years old, suffered only minor injuries.
