Alligator Turns Tail And Flees Sewer Robot In Oviedo, FL, USA

Robot camera finds five-foot alligator in Florida sewer on the 5th of May.
The camera-equipped robot was investigating potholes in the road above the pipe network in the city of Oviedo, Florida. As the bot moved forward, the alligator's jaws filled with razor-sharp teeth come into view. The alligator eventually turned and ran away.
The incident was caught on video by a stormwater crew that was investigating a series of potholes that had appeared in the roadway.
The alligator was seen around 340 feet into the pipes before the robot got stuck.
