A pilot has been arrested for allegedly seducing dozens of women - including passengers - before selling videos of himself having sex with them.

Pattarawit Pipittaphan, 38, reportedly struck up conversations with attractive females and others that he picked up at bars on contacted online before exchanging messages on apps.

He allegedly targeted other young women with the help of friend Atthapol Laprathao, 33, who would offer them cash to meet the pilot on the pretext of modelling for him.

Pattarawit allegedly took his victims to a hotel room in the Ratchathewi district of Bangkok, Thailand, where hidden cameras had been set up to record them together.

After the deed, the sex videos were distributed through private subscription groups on Telegram, Russian social media website VK, and numerous other porn pages for profit.

Pattarawit was arrested at his house in Bangkok on May 11 after an unnamed woman filed a report with Thailand's Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB). Cops caught Atthapol in Chanthaburi province some 160 miles away. They were arrested for indecent behaviour, defamation through publication, and importing pornography into a computer system.

The complainant claimed she had been talking to Pattarawit through social media before they went to the hotel.

However, she was horrified after they slept together to find pornographic videos of her uploaded online. The clips were viewable for a fee, and alarmingly included links to the victim's Facebook and Instagram profiles.

Cops searched the suspects' homes to find evidence of their alleged crimes for arrest warrants. They seized several laptops, mobile phones, hard disk drives, and spy cameras.

Police Lieutenant General Worawat Watnakornbancha, CCIB commissioner, said: 'During our investigation, we discovered that Pattarawit had rented a hotel room in Ratchathewi on 13 occasions in 2022, using it as a setting to secretly film pornographic videos with the unsuspecting victims.

'He had rented the same hotel room seven times back in 2021, repeating the same activities.'

Officers also identified 29 more alleged victims of the scheme. They were all described as attractive and had good jobs, with some of them previously joining beauty pageants or modelling for men's magazines.

Pattarawit claimed he had not been directly in touch with any of the women, and that Atthapol acted as a 'facilitator' who recommended the same hotel room each time for the trysts.

Pattarawit said: 'I was unaware that there were secret cameras installed in the hotel room. I'm a victim in this too.'
