Violent clashes erupted between anti-immigration protesters and anti-fascist groups outside the Parliament of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia, on May 13.

The anti-immigration rally was organised by a group led by the self-proclaimed neo-Nazi Thomas Sewell against new laws. They were then joined by counter-demonstrators.

The footage shows protesters restrained by the police on the ground.

Police used pepper spray on protesters to contain the violence. Multiple arrests have been made.
