Marsh 'The Happy Dog' in a spoof on Thailand's general election.
Marshmallow is a celebrity dog in Thailand. Known as "Marsh the Happy Dog", he gets involved in all sorts of promotions. At Pet Expo, Thailand's largest pet fair, he is in a spoof for the general election, apparently canvassing with his shadow cabinet on behalf of animal vaccines. 'Vote Marshmallow. Vote for Marsh' read the placards.
He's the guy in the yellow car.
The election is on 14 May.
