Motorcycle mishap: video captures rider's tumble on Indonesian Road
A video filmed by @dhony_bagas on August 10, 2022, in Banyuwangi, Indonesia, captured the moment a person riding an extended motorcycle veered off the road and toppled over.
The video, which has since been widely shared on social media, shows the person driving in front of @dhony_bagas before suddenly losing control of the motorcycle and crashing to the ground beside the road. It is not clear from the video whether the person sustained any injuries.
In Indonesia, where motorcycles are a common form of transportation, road safety is a major concern. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, there were over 128,000 motorcycle accidents in the country in 2020, resulting in more than 29,000 fatalities.
