For the sake of context, the subject had wanted a VR headset for a long time, so him getting sentimental upon finally receiving it is pretty understandable.

"My son was recently diagnosed with autism and he has been asking for a VR ever since it came out," Lacey revealed to WooGlobe. "But he struggled with mainstream school and had to go to a school that would help him regulate his emotions.

"Thankfully, though, just in time for his birthday, he had started doing a lot better and ended up returning to the mainstream school, so he deserved this birthday present."
