Cheeky monkey climbs on back of pickup truck stuck in traffic and searches for food
A cheeky monkey climbed onto the back of a pickup truck stuck in traffic and searched for food.
The primate spotted the vehicle caught in the jam near a temple before casually boarding its cargo bed in Lopburi province, Thailand, on May 18.
Footage shows the creature rummaging through the objects before finding a glue gun. It fled with the tool while licking it, seemingly thinking it was candy.
Another monkey, apparently from the same troop as the first, tried his luck finding food from the truck while the driver and his companion remained on the road.
Kittiya Wuttisawas, who was inside the pickup truck, said: 'The monkey found a gun and took off. I don't know what it would do with that thing. Maybe the monkey thought it was food.'
