This was the scene at a small village in Sakon Nakhon, Thailand, as locals gathered around a pickup truck ladened with all sorts of stainless knives and other useful tools. One guy bought a small slash hook and proceeded to cut the long grass by the roadside, so that snakes would not have a hiding place. This is done for safety reasons. While I was filming, a truck arrived to pickup the thrash, also some people can be seen traveling on a three wheel motorcycle, they were returning from giving food offerings at the local temple, they do this everyday. Also we can see a small school girl being taken to school on a bicycle by her grandmother. This is a snipet of rural life deep inside unseen Thailand.
