Crazy guy gets arrested... and loses his pants
an Unknown man gets arrested in the Canal Walk shopping centre in Cape Town, South Africa after being caught shoplifting. He did not want to go quietly though and put up quite a fight, holding on to the railing and screaming while security guards tried to pry him off the bars. After a struggle to get him off the railing the mans clothes get pulled off and he gets dragged kicking and screaming half naked out of the mall.
