International Space Station ISS lunar transit, flying in front of Moon as seen from Chamonix France

Buy video

The ISS International Space Station flew across the skies monday evening May 29th, 2023 just minutes after 10PM for France, Switzerland, Italy.
I drove an hour to reach Chamonix where the ISS would actually fly in front of the Moon. A lunar transit.
ISS takes almost 10 minutes to fly from one horizon to the opposite side but the actual Moon transit lasts less than a second.
you can find out if you can see ISS or Tiangong ( the chinese space station ) fly in front of the Moon by using transit-finder.com and heavens-above.com .
