Trains in China's mountain city of Chongqing achieved the unimaginable by passing through a towering 19-storey building.

The video was filmed at Liziba Station on May 25. Trains unexpectedly veered through the towering structure, captivating the attention of locals and tourists alike.

Liuziba Station is an elevated station located on the 6th to 8th floors of a 19-story building. The floors below the station are occupied by commercial shops, while the floors above are residential units.

According to the structural design plans from 1998, although the station seamlessly integrates with the building, the reality is that there is no interference between the monorail track and the building itself. There is a 20-centimetre gap between the inner walls of the building and the track bridge piers.

The "crossing" design of this station is the first of its kind in mainland China.
