Postman Graham Benham has set himself the challenge of a 130-mile D-Day walk from Sheerness, UK to Arromanches, France (via Portsmouth) to raise money for charity this morning (May 31).

Graham hopes to arrive on the anniversary of D-Day (June 6) to lay a wreath from the people of the Isle of Sheppey, whilst raising funds for Oliver Fisher Special Baby Ward who assisted his daughter's premature baby.

Shaun Williamson (Barry from Eastenders) sponsored the wreath and joined his local postman Graham for the first few miles of the epic walk as captured in this brief footage.
