A garden in Kent, UK was left to go wild as part of a campaign movement known as 'No Mow May'.

No Mow May encourages gardeners to not cut their grass during the month of May and allow gardens to go wild - in order to better help support wildlife, pollinators and local ecosystems.

Footage shows the results of leaving a garden to go wild - resulting in a variety of wildflowers appeared including: colourful yellow buttercups, daisies & dandelions, a cat enjoying hiding in long grass, and a visiting red admiral butterfly.

Today (June 1) marks the end of No Mow May, and a return to cut lawns, which offer minimal benefits for wildlife.
