Used condoms float to the surface as more sewage is dumped into Montreal river
Sewage has been dumped directly into the St. Lawrence River in Montreal, Canada for two days now, and the grime is beginning to float to the surface.
Footage has emerged of sewage, including used condoms, floating in the river.
The filmer wrote online: "Montrealers were warned not to flush bad things down the toilet, such as condoms, tampons, syringes.
"In the old port, the waste that collected in the corner of the port consists of so many condoms it is truly revolting."
