BMW does handbrake turns in a middle of the day near a driving test centre Erith.
The BMW driver ignores every other road user and goes around a roundabout with smoke coming out of the tyres as he handbrake turns whilst everyone has to wait for him to finish. He burns more rubber speeding off into the distance.
