Japan: Evacuation Order Issued As Rivers Exceed Flood Warning Levels In Tokyo
Tropical Storm Mawar brought heavy rains with gusty winds across Japan on Friday, June 2, leaving at least one dead, flooding, mudslides, and travel chaos.
In parts of Tokyo, rising rivers prompted to issue a severe flood warning to residents, calling on them to evacuate.
This video shows the Zenpukuji River in Suginami, where the river has exceeded a dangerous water level, and the sirens can be heard.
