A sassy little girl gave strangers the death stare while travelling on a bus with her mum and sister.

The adorable toddler was sitting on her mother's lap when a pair of young lads made faces at her in a bid to make her laugh in Davao City, the Philippines, on May 31.

But the well-trained baby apparently knew not to trust people easily and frowned.

Footage shows the girl giving one of the lads the side-eye. She continued to throw scary looks at the lad while her mum and sister were busy talking to each other.

The lad's friends Samwel Alim Eco said: ‘The baby was glaring at us. She was squinting her eyes like she wanted us to leave. It was funny.'

She then bared her baby teeth in an amusing attempt to scare the lad like they were fangs before returning to staring.

Samwel added: ‘She was so cute. I believe she would grow up to become a fearless adult.'
