On June 4, in Madhya Pradesh's central region of India, a courageous police officer swiftly responded to assist an elderly woman who had slipped and fallen on the tracks while attempting to board a moving train. The incident occurred at platform number two of Amla railway station, situated in the Betul district.

The 70-year-old woman, named Budhni Bai was on her way to Nagpur from Betul when she fell. She said she lost her balance when she tried to get down from the sleeper coach and move to the general compartment. As the train started moving, she slipped into the space between the vehicle and the platform.

The footage captures the distressing moment the elderly woman is trapped beneath the12722 Dakshin Express train, while a determined police officer and a group of individuals come to her aid. Together, they carefully pull her out. She is then gently placed on a stretcher, which is then transported to an awaiting ambulance. It is apparent from the scene that her left leg has suffered a likely fracture as a consequence of the accident.

According to a report, Police Officer Shivram Singh happened to be present on the platform when the incident occurred. Acting swiftly, he took immediate action by halting the train and summoning assistance from ASI SN Yadav and Constable Gurjar. With their collaborative efforts, they successfully rescued the woman from beneath the train.

An ambulance was called to the station but it didn't arrive on time, so the woman was taken to the hospital in an auto-rickshaw where she is undergoing treatment.

A brave cop rushed to the aid of an old woman who slipped and fell on the tracks while boarding a moving train in central India's Madhya Pradesh.

Visuals showed the old woman lying on the track in distress under the train 12722 Dakshin Express with a cop and other people bringing her out. She was then made to lie down on a stretcher which was then taken to an ambulance. The woman's left leg seemingly seemed broken as a result of this accident. According to a report, the cop, Shivram Singh was at the platform when this happened. Upon noticing this, he had the train stopped and called ASI SN Yadav and constable Gurjar, with whose help the woman was taken out from underneath the train.

When asked, the lady revealed her name to be Budhni Bai. Aged about 70 years, the lady was on her way to Nagpur from Betul with her companions. However, some of them boarded the general coach due to overcrowding. The accident happened when she tried to get down from the sleeper coach and move on to the general compartment. The train started moving then and she slipped into the space between the vehicle and the platform.
