An elephant was seen tackling a tree to get a jackfruit from it, in northeastern India's Assam.

This incident happened in Narangi Army Cantonment, Guwahati on June 4.

Visuals showed the tusker standing beside the tree and trying to tackle it with its head. The elephant pushed the tree constantly, almost to the point of uprooting it from the ground.

After a while, a jackfruit fell from the tree and bounced off the roof of an adjoining house and onto the ground. The pachyderm picked it up and started to devour it. As it tried to chew the whole fruit, half of it fell out of its mouth.
