A woman has been hospitalised after she lost her grip and fell from a ride at a theme park in Sragen, Indonesia.

Footage captured on May 15 by @rian.sanjaya931 shows a woman falling several metres off a ride named the Banyu Wave.

The woman appeared dazed after she fell face-first onto the ground. She was quickly picked up by her friends nearby before she was taken to hospital.

The extent of her injuries are unknown.
