A PHOTOGRAPHER was shocked when she disturbed the ritual of a local cult while she was exploring an abandoned WW2 bunker.

The bunker was built for WWII and was a fully fortified coastal battery, complete with a four-storey concrete director tower which was built along the trail’s eastern shore.

Video footage and pictures show how words were carved on the walls, such as “repent” and “sabbath”, as well as multiple instances of the same A-shaped symbol appearing throughout the bunker.

The bunker was part of a formidable coastal defence that protected Halifax, Canada during WWII. The city played a pivotal role in the war with many soldiers, sailors and mariners passing through Halifax.

Multiple bunkers were built in the area, however, only two above-ground ones remained.

Located in Nova Scotia in Canada, this bunker was explored and photographed by urban explorer and paranormal investigator Chelsey Lacelle (25) following detailed research into the bunker.
