Info: Started the video early to show the moments leading up. She tries to merge literally into me, then proceeds to follow me through 2 lane changes and brakes checks. I didn't see the van/trailer as she was blocking my view completely. A very close call for the workers, you can see one guy jumped out of the way. She left the scene of the crime.
