A 5-foot-long cobra regurgitated a chicken after being caught slithering around a poultry farmer's land in Cuddalore, southern India.

Footage captured by snake rescuer Chella and his team on June 9 shows the snake throwing up a chicken carcass.

The farmer named Dandapani heard noises coming from the chicken cage and spotted the serpent attacking his chickens.

He called Chella and his team who quickly caught the snake and released it into a nearby forest.

This is a scary footage which shows a 5 feet long cobra spewed out swallowed chicken hours before the rescue . This 5 feet long cobra entered a cage for chickens and swallowed a chicken .Poultry farmer Dandapani heard heard some unusual noise from the cage , he went there and was shocked to see this cobra swallowing chicken , he immediately called snake rescuer V selvam alias Chella.
Chella after reaching his house and rescued the snake , when Chela set the snake on the floor the reptile spat out its prey. The chicken was dead .
