贺州：洪水淹没一楼 部分居民还不愿撤 消防救援
一场大暴雨，使得贺州市区内的西约街沿河巷子里，有40多处民房被淹，27名住户被困房内，接到求救后，消防官兵迅速赶往现场营救。
据附近的居民说，13日晚河水就慢慢涨起来了，部分住户凌晨已经安全撤离，由于河水涨得太快，有些民房的一层楼完全被淹没，有19户居民被困。
原来这条西约街几乎每年都遭遇洪水，所以住在这里的居民见怪不怪了，有些人还想等水位自然下降，所以不愿意撤离。但是，冬季出现这么大的洪水还是少见，市民植女士就有亲戚被困在民房里，因为担心亲人的安全，特地跑来了一趟。
此时，天空还在下雨，河水也持续上涨，情况非常紧急，消防官兵切断了房内电源， 沿着安全绳，把冲锋舟慢慢的划到受困住户窗边，再护送大家从二楼的窗口靠在梯子爬下来。
