Queen Elizabeth II museum waxwork slammed for looking nothing like late monarch
A waxwork of Queen Elizabeth II has been mocked by visitors for looking like “David Walliams.”
The dodgy statue is sporting an unusual grey bob.
Her hair has also been straightened.
Visitors have been left in stitches at the unfamiliar hairdo do, with others comparing her to an older Liz Truss.
The terrifying figure is donning a lace wedding dress and silk, white gloves.
It is on display at Musem Angku - a transport museum located in Batu, Indonesia.
The waxwork was displayed at the tourist attraction to mourn the death of the late Queen.
It stands in a Land Rover series 2, which was specially designed for Queen Elizabeth II.
The vehicle is exhibited in a replica Buckingham Palace display at the museum.
Despite its horrifying choice of wax figures, the museum has received an impressive 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor.
However, tourists were quick to comment on the tribute.
Ryan Begley quipped: “It's like she's still with us.”
Another person joked: “Looks like David Walliams.”
”It’s the humidity,” said Ishy Khan.
Lucy Ellis said: “i feel like she’s actually looking at me i’m scared”
“That’s Liz Truss' mother,” said someone else.
Sarah Kennedy said: “Is that Helen Mirram.” [sic]
