This is CCTV footage showing a man kidnapping a woman in the city of Padang, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. Based on the time from CCTV, the kidnapping occurred on Monday (11 June 2023).


In the CCTV video, a man can be seen getting out of a white mini bus and quickly embracing a woman who is walking to be put in the car.

a gazi witness said "the woman was known to be a teacher who was going to teach not far from the kidnapping incident, because the woman screamed, then a number of men came out to try to save the woman, and luckily the woman could be saved, but the perpetrator managed to escape ,".

Meanwhile, based on the testimony of the local police, "the victim has been investigated and the one who carried out the kidnapping action was his ex-girlfriend who did not accept that her love story had ended, currently the police are pursuing the perpetrator,".
