Japan: Funnel-Shaped Cloud Spotted In Ibaraki
A cloud that looked like a funnel was spotted in the city of Tsukubamirai, Ibraki Prefecture on Wednesday, June 14.
According to the Mito Meteorological Office, they couldn't verify that the phenomenon was a tornado or a funnel cloud as no rotation was seen in the cloud.
