A massive blaze broke out at a coaching institute in northern India's Delhi on June 15. The incident occurred at the Gyana building near Batra Cinema in the Mukherjee Nagar area.

The dramatic clip shows students escaping the highest floors by rappelling down the building. A ladder is placed outside the building window.

Delhi's Fire Services Director, Atul Garg, said: "We received info about a fire in a building. Later we discovered that it was a coaching centre with young people trapped in it. The fire is now under control".

According to media reports, all students were rescued from the fire and no one was injured. It is believed that the blaze erupted in an electricity metre.
