An elephant in Tamilnadu charges the forest officials as they set out to dart it.

A tusker called Arikomban travelled 4 days and reached the foothills of Megamalai in Tamilnadu from Kerala state.

It was seen wandering along the streets in the Cumbum area in Theni injuring three people and damaging the vehicles. Hence local administration imposed 144 and the Tamilnadu government began the operation of capturing the rogue elephant.

As the elephant is radio collared, multiple forest teams are able to closely monitor its movements. The elephant enjoyed Jackfruits, plantains, coconut trees on its way to Surulipatti.

The 150 member team is all set to dart and while on the process the elephant is seen charging the forest officials
