This is a 40 minute time lapse of the smoke and a pyrocumulus cloud created by the intense heat from The Donnie Creek wildfire. This fire will very shortly become the largest wildfire in BC history. This fire was sparked by lightning and is now over 5,000 square kilometers in size and has no sign of slowing down and is expected to burn for months. There are multiple helicopters, three bombers and approximately 100 firefighters currently trying to slow it down. This footage was shot at Mile 127 of the Alaska highway, 30 km southeast of Pink Mountain British Columbia
