A woman has left TikTokers in shock after sharing how she can try different foods at the same time – due to her split tongue.

Kierstyn Milligan, who now prefers to go by Orylan, has hit the headlines in the past for her unique look, having spent over £34,000 on tattoos and extreme body modifications.

One of her latest and most unusual modifications is getting her organ cut in half – effectively giving the influencer two tongues.

And it’s not just for show; in a recent TikTok (orylan1999), which has almost 24 million views, the 24-year-old reveals that she can taste two items simultaneously.

“I tried [it] right when it healed, Coke and Sprite was the first [thing],” Orylan, who is also an OnlyFans star and tattoo artist, said.

“I was confused on the flavour combination.

“But I’m curious to try pizza and doughnuts, or maybe some weird salty-sweet combos.”

In the viral clip, Orylan tries a different product.

She holds a pair of sour jelly packets – one green, one red – before squirting them on each side of her tongue.

“They don’t taste too different,” she tells the camera.

The OnlyFans creator from Las Vegas, Nevada, has over 111,000 followers racking up over 544,000 likes, as well as 11,000 comments on TikTok.

One person commented: “I'm trying to sleep bruh.”

Nabila added: “May god help you girl.”

“I don’t even know what to say,” wrote Koz.

“Hey you look freaking awesome,” commented Val.

“One mistake and your tongue is gone,” said Mercy.

The tongue-splitting process consists of numbing the tongue, slicing it in half, and then having a doctor sew the sides back together.

Orylan added: “I’ve had my tongue split for about two years now.

“It cost only $700 USD (£550) and the process is numbing it with lidocaine and slicing it open, then sewing it back up on each side.”

Orylan, who is originally from Houston, Texas, has previously talked about how people call her a “demon” and “hate” her tattoos – but she doesn’t fret about evil trolls.

In addition to her tattoos and tongue split, she also has inked eyeballs, fang and breast implants, as well as piercings in her nipple, both nostrils and bridge of her nose.

She previously stated: “I always knew I wanted to look like this, I have had this vision in my head since I was young and have finally fulfilled it.

“The way I looked before compared to now, I feel so much happier.

“Before I had no self-love or even understood who I was, now I feel I understand myself the most and have the most self-love and confidence.

“When some people see my eyes they stare and point and say nothing, others give me ugly looks, and some will straight up get in my face and say they hate it.

“The craziest reactions are from people online hiding behind a screen.

“They love to say, ‘you look like a demon’ or ‘you were so much prettier before,’ or ‘you must not have had a good childhood’.

“The only advice I can really give to anyone wanting to modify or tattoo themselves is: do it out of love, do it out of the fact that it will make you happy.

“We should only do things that bring us joy, for me that’s what modifying myself does, so I want that for others if that’s what they chose, nothing but love and happiness.”
