Citizens of Odessa do not comply with the prohibition for swimming in the Black Sea

The authorities in Odessa, Ukraine, imposed a ban of bathing, swimming and fishing in the waters of the Black Sea, following the destruction of the dam wall at the Kakhovka hydropower plant. Bacteria from the cholera family, as well as others causing serious gastrointestinal infections, have been found in the waters of the Black Sea near Odessa. However, Odessa citizens can be seen on the local beaches, as well as others swimming in the Black Sea.
