Cheeky deer tries to undress tourist and follows her around at wildlife park in Japan
A cheeky deer tried to undress a tourist and followed her around a wildlife park in Japan.
The sika deer was with its herd while a blonde holidaymaker Thidarut Konkhom in a pink flowy dress was taking selfies in Nara Park on June 1.
But while she took snaps of herself with the creatures in the background, the antlered deer bit the end of her clothes and pulled her away.
Footage shows the deer tugging the Thidarut's dress as she shouted ‘Ay.' A man with a large camera hanging on his shoulder intervened and went between the deer and the woman.
As Thidarut was apparently becoming scared, the sika attempted to go behind the man and find the woman.
Thidarut said: ‘I didn't expect that to happen. I thought it would be feeding and bowing to each other in the nice park but I was wrong.'
She was unhurt but she had to move to another area in the park to keep away from the deer.
Sika deers in Nara are considered sacred as they are believed to be messengers of God according to local folklore.
