Candidate in the upcoming Uxbridge by-election Piers Corbyn discusses ULEZ in Speakers' Corner

Piers Corbyn, brother of former Labour leader Jeremy, discusses in Speakers' Corner about the hypocrisy of the Conservative Party opposing the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), due to be implemented across all 33 London boroughs, since it was the creation of the Tories when Boris Johnson was the capital's mayor (June 25).

Corbyn, opposed to ULEZ and the congestion charge, has amassed over £100,000 in fines.

He is one of 17 candidates - including actor Laurence Fox and Count Binface, running in the Uxbridge and South Ruislip by-election, triggered when former Prime Minister Boris Johnson stepped down as an MP.

After August all non-compliant vehicles will be charged £12.50 a day for driving on London's roads.
