Footage shows the U.S. Coast Guard giving an update on the conclusion of the search and rescue operations for the lost Titan submersible carrying five people when it imploded.

Rear Admiral John Mauger, the First Coast Guard District commander, and Captain Jason Neubauer, chief investigator of the U.S. Coast Guard, said a marine board of investigation has been convened to probe the Titan's failed expedition.

The Titan submersible operated by OceanGate is believed to have imploded killing those inside instantly while they were on a voyage to the wreck of the sunken liner Titanic on June 18, some 800 miles east of Cape Cod.
