STORYLINE:

The Confucius Institute of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on Monday held a workshop to promote the Chinese cuisine culture among Arab teenagers at an activity center in Wadi Joz, an Arab neighborhood in East Jerusalem.

With the guidance of volunteers from the Confucius Institute and the university, dozens of Arab teen girls experienced the Chinese food culture by making and tasting dumplings, a typical Chinese food made of unleavened dough and savory fillings.
